Hot tub and wet leisure retailers visiting the International Pool Spa Patio Expo in Florida this week will get the chance to view products from multiple 2014 WhatSpa? and WhatSwimSpa? Best Buy Award winners.
Among the hundreds of International Pool Spa Patio Expo (IPSPE) exhibitors in the Orange County Convention Centre, in Orlando, from today until Friday, November 7, will be Artesian Spas. The flourishing hot tub brand from May Manufacturing, producers of the 2014 WhatSpa? Best Buy Award-winning South Seas 518P, Antigua 33 and DoveCanyon, is among the home-based contingent during the expo.
This year the manufacturer’s representatives have had to travel much further than the usual route from their ‘local’ Nevada headquarters, in close proximity to the previous Las Vegas host location, to get to the popular holiday destination in Orlando that is hosting the Expo. They will be looking to promote the brand’s wide product choice and quality range to prospective retailers, after achieving a WhatSwimSpa? Best Buy Award this year for the TidalFit EP-14 model.
Marquis Spas, who landed a WhatSpa? Best Buy Award in the £6,000 to £7,900 category this year for its best-selling four-seater Spirit model, featuring the unique Tri-zone therapy controls and patented HydroKinetic jets, is another USA manufacturer setting its sights on attracting hot tub retailers to its dealership network promoting the ‘home-grown’ credentials to the vast majority of the American audience and ‘Dealer Direct’ strategy to UK visitors, which was promoted at the UK Pool and Spa Expo this year.
With WhatSpa? and WhatSwimSpa? Best Buy Awards for the respective Luxury Cascade II, and Wellness II models; Canadian manufacturer Coast Spas will be aiming to extend its presence in the American market, following consecutive appearances at the exhibition, while also promoting the fact that the company has a prestigious Best Hot Tub Brand Consumer Choice Award under its belt.
Fellow Canadian manufacturer Hydropool also landed a 2014 WhatSpa? Best Buy for the H670 Platinum, as well as a WhatSwimSpa? Best Buy Award for its AquaTrainer 19DTfx, which is part of the flourishing swim spa range the company is aiming to heavily promote during the event, having achieved success at the UK Pool and Spa Expo with former Olympic swimmer Sharron Davies on its stand this year at the NEC in Birmingham.
Leisure Concepts is also one of the high-profile wet leisure industry exhibitors at the showcase. The specialist product company claims to be setting ‘the new standard in spa covers’ with its new Smartop option that it will be further promoting the international audience at the event. It is designed to hold up to 800lbs and provide zero water retention being promoted in the UK by Certikin International and its exclusive Caldera Spas dealer network; as well as Vita Spas retailers from UK distributor AquaWarehouse.
