Elite Spas promoting new partnership at SPATEX

Elite Spas will be promoting a new UK distributor partnership with USA hot tub manufacturer Aspen Spas when SPATEX opens its doors to visitors at the Ricoh Arena on Sunday.
BSPF President Issy Rickards Sanger and husband Kevin have booked into SPATEX, running from February 1 to 3 in the Jaguar Exhibition Hall, to promote their Elite Spas products and services plus new models, including a five-seater Obsession II from the St Louis-based Aspen Spas manufacturer, after making the decision to conclude their 11-year association with Sunbelt Spas.
The couple felt that the time was right to seek out alternative hot tub manufacturing partners after ownership changes were made at USA-based Sunbelt Spas. Along with the mid-range Aspen Spas, they will also be supplying the Alps Q Series to their Elite Spas dealer network in the UK.
“We’ve been talking with Aspen Spas for a while and we’re now delighted to be distributing and promoting their awesome range in the UK,” said Kevin; “Our range of models has also been boosted with a deal to supply the stunning Alps Q Series.
“New dealers are coming on board and we’re really excited about exhibiting at SPATEX and are feeling very positive about the rest of the year.”
Aspen Spas General Manager Sam Bania, who started the hot tub manufacturing business 23-years ago with his brother Tom and their parents Pat and Lee, attended the UK Pool & Spa Expo at the NEC in Birmingham to help launch his family-run company’s new partnership with Yeovil-based Elite Spas who were exhibiting at the event ahead of taking an exhibition stand at SPATEX.
“This is an amazing opportunity for us to get involved with hot tub retailers in the UK market and we’re very excited about 2015,” enthused Sam.
“Elite Spas thrived during the recession and we’re delighted to be working with Issy and Kevin, after assisting them to adapt our hot tub range to their individual specifications for the UK market.
“They’ve built up their own brand with their own high standards of dedication to their products and retailer network and that’s why we’re so pleased to be working with them.
“I’m looking forward to attending SPATEX to help Elite Spas to promote our new partnership and our models for UK dealers.”
In recent years Elite Spas has been building up its network of dedicated dealers and is now looking to increase its partnerships even further by attracting additional retailers at SPATEX. As well as their new hot tub partnerships, Issy and Kevin will also be promoting their distributor status from the purpose-built Elite Spas headquarters, pictured, for Almost Heaven Barrel Saunas during the three-day wet leisure showcase at the Ricoh Arena.

SPATEX opening times are 9:30am to 5pm on February 1 and 2. The third day, February 3, is open from 9:30am to 4pm; and will be including the exhibition’s first ever dedicated ‘Spa Day’ organised with the help of ISPE.
