New showroom for Artesian Spas dealer

Hot tub and swim spa dealership H2O is ramping up its presence in the wet leisure market with the opening of a new showroom in Plymouth to promote the Artesian Spas brand and enhanced Platinum Elite models.
The H20 showroom in Farady Mill will provide an additional boost to the swimming pools and hot tub division that is one of three main I J Cannings & Son Ltd brands, which also includes Cannings Building Services Engineers, and Cannings Energy-Renewables. Other H20 showroom and office locations include Stratford House, Waterbridge Court, Marsh Barton, in Exeter; and also a Taunton-based showroom in Frobisher Way, Off Bindon Road, in Somerset.
It also compliments an existing H20 office in Plymouth at Salt Quay House, North East Quay, SuttonHarbour, and has been launched to coincide with the next generation of the family-run business joining the fold. IJ Cannings & Son Ltd’s Managing Director Bradley Cannings has welcomed his son Ed to the company, which was originally established by Ed’s grandfather in 1969.
As the company heads towards its 50th anniversary with Ed on board, the new Plymouth showroom will now help Artesian Spas producer May Manufacturing highlight the launch of enhancements to the Platinum Elite range of high-end hot tub models this spring.
It has been a busy period for H20, which has been under an intense media spotlight, including a business feature in the Exeter Express and Echo on Bradley. He provided advice to people who are considering launching their own business ventures as well as also highlighting that he is a proud fan, sponsor and supplier to Exeter Chiefs rugby team.
The hot tub and pool division has also been featured in the latest edition of Hot Tub Retailer magazine following the launch last year of its refurbished distinctive Exeter showroom, pictured, after increasing staff levels to coincide with celebrations for its 45th anniversary and to promote the full range of the WhatSpa? Best Buy Award-winning Artesian Spas models and the arrival of the new TidalFit Active EP-12 swim spa from May Manufacturing.
Among the staff arrivals has been former Golden Coast Technical Sales Advisor Dan Johnson who was honoured with the ‘Paul Kite Pool Star of the Year Award’ at the SPATA Awards ceremony in 2011 and took up the role of H2O Sales & Marketing Manager last year. Since then the company has been recognised for its Dealer Excellence by Doncaster-based distributor Artesian Spas.
“We have had quite a news heavy period of late; following our 45th anniversary, new showroom, and third generation of the same family joining the company,” reported Dan.
“Since joining H2O and finding out more about Artesian Spas I’ve been really impressed with the brand and its hot tub and swim spa product range.”
As well as promoting the complete range of Artesian Spas hot tubs Dan has been helping with H20’s launch of the TidalFit 12ft swim spa after the company became one of the first dealerships to take on the new model last year.
It comes in at 366cm x 231cm x 114cm with dual swim jets and 14 hydrotherapy jets and has an advanced Bluetooth Audio System fully integrated into the topside control panel for user-friendly use, while WiFi App Control capability is available via iPhone or Android devices.
Aquatic Training System provisions within the TidalFit model include Rowing Bars, Strength Training Resistance Cords, Clips and Handles; plus the Aqua Treadmill Stationary Resistant Swim Tether. Water purification options include the Crystal ProPure System and Crystal AOP ProPure Advanced Oxidation System.
“As well as being a fitness device I also believe its main attraction is that it provides a whole family experience of communal warm water enjoyment,” said Dan.
