Following a recent house move this 7m x 4m cedar building with glazed bi-fold doors to two sides is now for sale.
Previously used as a bar and lounge area, but could easily be used to accommodate a hot tub or a swim spa, either for a client or as an ideal outdoor showroom display/office. No planning permission required as the building has a Monopitch roof and is beneath the height restrictions for placing within 2m of a boundary. Note that interior bar and furniture is not included.
It has been dismantled with care and is currently in storage. We will arrange for it to be rebuilt at your premises or at a buyers address if required. RRP new for this building is over £25,000. Reasonable offers considered, private sale.
