Hat-trick ‘Best Buy’ brand promotion

Hot tub manufacturing giant Watkins Wellness showcased its award-winning HotSpring product range and promoted a hat-trick of WhatSpa? Best Buy models to the wet leisure trade in Lyon last week during Piscine Global.

Throughout the four-day Piscine Global event the iconic USA manufacturer, which is a part of Masco Corporation, was among the strong showing of international and European hot tub producers and challenged a strong exhibition presence from the French contingent to target thousands of visitors from more than 100 countries to its HotSpring stand at Eurexpo.

Dealers and prospective retailers who visited the stand had the opportunity to find out more about Watkins Wellness and its HotSpring range, which is the only brand to have sold over one million hot tubs that includes the 2016 WhatSpa? Best Buy Award-winning Envoy NXT, Flair, and Hot Spot SX.

The 2016 WhatSpa? Best Buy Verdict in the £12,000 Plus price category highlights that Watkins Wellness and its HotSpring brand has ‘raised the bar’ with the Envoy NXT, which has been designed in conjunction with BMW.

In the WhatSpa? Verdict, the new backlit Moto-Massage is praised for being ‘superb’, while the backlit pillows, waterfalls and topside controls are proclaimed to be ‘stunning’.

As well as stating that ‘the new Envoy NXT has taken contemporary spa design to the next level’. The WhatSpa? Verdict also declares that ‘if you are looking for a top notch spa with the emphasis on sleek aesthetics, comfort and hydrotherapy, the HotSpring Envoy NXT has them all in spades!’

With seating capacity for six people the Limelight collection’s multiple WhatSpa? Best Buy Award-winning and best-selling Flair, which comes in at 213 x 213 x 91cm, has 41 jets and is praised in the WhatSpa? Verdict for being a ‘true show stopper’ in the £8,000 to £11,999 price category.

The WhatSpa? Verdict also proclaims the Flair to be ‘simply stunning, with a curvilinear flowing shell design not seen from any other manufacturer’.

Praised as a quality option from the Hot Spot range, the SX is the smallest of the three 2016 WhatSpa? Best Buy Award winners. It comes in at 183 x 183 x 84cm and has seating capacity for three people.

While proclaiming the SX to be ‘sure to top the sales charts in the market for couples and small families’, the WhatSpa? Verdict highlights that despite its compact dimensions this model in the £4,000 to £5,999 price category features a ‘comfortable barrier-free design, a spacious footwell and three roomy seats’.

“We are delighted that HotSpring has won three WhatSpa? Best Buy Awards this year,” said European Marketing Supervisor Tim Vanderbruggen.

“The Envoy NXT, Flair and SX are all winners in their price categories. This means that three out of the four collections we offer got rewarded. The Awards can be found in the 2016 issue of WhatSpa? Magazine, along with features on these price-winning models.

WhatSpa? is the UK’s leading consumer magazine for hot tub buyers and 2016 saw it’s 10th anniversary edition. WhatSpa? is read by thousands of hot tub buyers every year and is the most trusted source of independent information in the UK market.

“Our WhatSpa? BestBuy Awards acknowledge the hot tub models that excel across a range of criteria, including design and aesthetics, comfort and hydrotherapy and value-for-money.”
