Jacuzzi hot tub hydrotherapy advocates Leeds Rhinos will be inviting fans to remember their loves ones on Boxing Day during a minutes silence before The Wetherby Whaler Festive Challenge game against Wakefield Trinity.

The annual traditional friendly game is scheduled for a 11:30am start at Headingley Carnegie where the Rhinos have implemented advanced hot tub hydrotherapy thanks to the link up with Leeds-based Jacuzzi UK as part of an Associate Club Sponsorship deal with the 2015 Super League Champions.

jacuzzi-leeds-rhinos-hydrotherapy-praise-pictureAhead of the new league campaign, the Jacuzzi healing hot tub hydrotherapy benefits for the Leeds players from the Jacuzzi hot tubs have been praised by Rhinos Coach Jason Davidson, pictured.

“I’ve seen a few products in my time at Leeds Rhinos and the Jacuzzi products are some of the best that I’ve seen,” enthused Jason.

“They really pinpoint the muscle areas that you need to work on while you’re in the Jacuzzi. I think having the jets on your muscles whilst stretching in the water is the best recovery you can have.

“Jumping straight into your Jacuzzi after exercise is one of the best things that you can do.

“I believe that if you did a bit of stretching whilst you’re in the hot tub rather than just sitting there, that is probably the way to go, starting at your feet, working to your head.”

Ryan Hall, who scored two touchdowns in the recent 32-0 whitewash over Batley Bulldogs this season, is among the players who have been praising Jacuzzi and the post-match benefits of hydrotherapy to prevent sore muscles becoming a problem.

“Unwinding in a Jacuzzi is often the best moment of my day after a tough training session,” divulged Ryan.

“The jets in the tub help prevent my back from becoming sore, which helps to keep me on top form.”

Leeds Rhinos Commercial Director Rob Oates added: “Many of our players are fans of Jacuzzi and with the brand’s flagship showroom being based in Leeds it made sense for us to team up.”

Jacuzzi, which has been bestowed with a trio of 2016 WhatSpa? Best Buy Awards for the J-245IP, J-335, and the innovative state-of-the-art J-575 this year, has been ramping up promotion of the benefits of its hot tubs during the celebrations for its 60th anniversary as part of its ‘The original player in luxury for over 60 years’ sales campaign for the British and international dealer network.

“We’re looking to move away from some industry stereotypes and actually inform people about the very real benefits of hot tubs,” said Jacuzzi UK Marketing Manager Paul Farrell.

Following the Boxing Day clash with Wakefield Trinity further pre-season friendly fixtures will take place against Hunslet Hawks, Hull Kingston Rovers, Featherstone Rovers, and Doncaster before the real action commences at the start of the new Super League.

Rhinos, who are currently promoting a Junior Membership for £45 as a perfect Christmas present for young fans, are due to kick off the 2017 Super League campaign at St Helens on February 9 ahead of the away fixture at Leigh Centurions on February 17, before the first home fixture of the new campaign against Salford Red Devils on February 24.
